Retinal Implant restores vision in blind mice

a type of prosthetic eye may help blind people to see basic shapes and figures some day. Scientists tested this new discovery on blind mice. it helped the mice to see a babys face more clearly. Scientists say this will probably help 25 million people who have lost eye sight due to retinal diseases. it helps people to see bright spots or edges but misses most of the scene.
